Prime HealthMD is a market leader in Preventive Medicine and Functional Health. We offer medically supervised weight loss programs, anti-aging remedies, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, and supplements. Our Preventative Medicine and Functional Medicine has been developed by our team of Physicians to get to the root of the cause and treat the symptoms with a comprehensive plan. The weight loss program at PrimeHealthMD was developed by doctors and nutritionists through extensive research and clinical experience and follows the protocols for American Society of Bariatric Physicians.

POSITION SUMMARY
PrimeHealthMD has an excellent opportunity for you to join our team as an Operations Manager at our Alpharetta location. This is an important management role that involves a number of business functions, including HR, operations, strategy, marketing, customer experience and more, so attention to detail and project management are key to success. Your Responsibilities as an Operations Manager:

· Manage clinic staff on day-to-day operations.

· Coordinate clinic operations and activities to ensure efficiency and quality service is delivered within all sections of the clinic; ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

· Responsible for employee performance management by completing performance appraisals and setting individual goals as outlined

· Participate in the planning and development of policies and procedures, as well as clinic-specific procedures and programs.

· Work with Regional Director to develop and implement performance goals and objectives.

· Monitor payroll system to control time management.

· Ensure and maintain environment to comply with regulatory, licensure, compliance and accreditation requirements.

· Serve as the first point of contact for patient and external customer complaints. Reconcile and investigate all complaints relating to practice operations.

· Act as the liaison between the practice and billing office.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Achieves Results: reflects a drive to achieve and outperform. Continuously looking for improvements. Accepts responsibility for actions and results.

Your Skills and Qualifications as an Operations Manager:

· Minimum of Associates Degree, Bachelor’s Degree in related field.

· Three to five years of leadership experience (preferred)

· Familiarity with medical billing systems, basic medical coding, and basic medical terminology.

· Demonstrated skills in medical practice management, human resources, and data analysis.

· Ability to establish and maintain a positive relationship with peers and subordinates.

· Ability to accomplish required tasks without supervision.

· Superior verbal and written communication skills.

· Skilled in Microsoft Office components including excel.
