Full Job Description

Job Overview
The Warranty Administrator plays a crucial role in managing warranty claims and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position involves processing warranty claims, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with various departments to resolve issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Duties

Review and process warranty claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, including documentation and correspondence.
Communicate with customers regarding the status of their claims and provide updates as necessary.
Collaborate with service departments to gather necessary information for claim resolution.
Analyze warranty data to identify trends and recommend improvements to reduce future claims.
Assist in training staff on warranty processes and procedures as needed.
Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and internal policies related to warranties.

Skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple claims simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with customers and team members.
Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and record management.
Ability to analyze data and identify trends for reporting purposes.
Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Previous experience in a warranty administration or similar role is required. Two years minimum. This position is essential for maintaining customer trust and satisfaction through effective warranty management practices.
