Job Summary

Field Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven Field Sales Manager to lead and support our sales team across multiple markets. This key role is responsible for driving sales performance, coaching and developing team members, facilitating contract execution, and creating exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will play a critical role in accelerating sales growth, mentoring high performing professionals, and contributing to the continued success of our organization.

Your primary responsibility as a Field Sales Manager is to support the sales team in closing deals efficiently by providing strategic leadership, guidance, and hands on assistance throughout the sales process.

Partner closely with Sales Warriors during the discovery and proposal stages to identify and overcome customer objections or obstacles that could delay contract execution.
Attend customer appointments as needed to provide support before, during, and after the sales process.
Assist with contract preparation, review, and completion to ensure timely execution.
Support customer negotiations and help facilitate solutions that align with company objectives and customer needs.
Collaborate with the Director of Sales to address client concerns, streamline approvals, and remove barriers prior to contract signing.
Assist Sales Warriors in customizing proposals and presentations to meet customer expectations.

Team Development & Performance Management

Lead, coach, and develop a high performing sales team focused on achieving company sales objectives.
Drive accountability through consistent coaching, performance monitoring, and professional development.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented team culture.
Utilize CRM systems and sales analytics to manage pipelines, forecast results, and identify growth opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional communication, service, and follow through.
Provide personalized support to key clients while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Promote customer satisfaction and long term loyalty through proactive engagement and problem solving.

Sales Execution

Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospect engagement through contract execution.
Ensure sales goals and revenue targets are achieved or exceeded.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven success in inside sales, new home sales, or a comparable sales leadership role, with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
Strong leadership experience managing sales professionals in a customer focused environment.
Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales management systems, and reporting tools.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
Ability to influence outcomes, coach team members effectively, and drive results through collaboration.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
