Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN/NP/PA) - Part-Time with Full-Time Growth Path

About Steadman Aesthetics

Steadman Aesthetics is a five-star medspa in Greenwood Village focused on safe, natural-looking results, thoughtful treatment planning, and long-term client relationships.

Compensation

$45 per hour plus 10% commission on collected treatment revenue from services personally performed.

Schedule and growth

This position starts at approximately three days per week, including an initial onboarding and training period during the first few weeks. After training, the provider is expected to actively support the schedule through existing client relationships, referrals, retention, rebooking, and business development. Hours may expand toward full-time based on sustained bookings, revenue, rebooking performance, and team fit. Full-time hours are not guaranteed at hire.

Role overview

We are seeking an experienced, growth-minded aesthetic nurse injector who combines strong clinical judgment and natural-looking results with the ability to retain clients, generate referrals, and grow a practice.

You do not need to transfer a full book on day one. However, you must bring a credible existing client pipeline or documented production, retention, referral, and rebooking results showing that you can help support your initial schedule after training.

What you'll do

- Perform safe, high-quality neurotoxin, dermal filler, and biostimulant treatments

- Conduct consultations and create ethical, individualized treatment plans

- Educate clients on treatment options, skincare, aftercare, and maintenance

- Build long-term relationships through excellent outcomes, follow-up, and rebooking

- Contribute to client growth through referrals, community presence, and professional social content

- Maintain complete charting, consent, photography, inventory, safety, and compliance standards

- Collaborate with the Steadman Aesthetics team to grow both your practice and the medspa

What we're looking for

- Active Colorado RN, NP, or PA license in good standing

- At least two years of independent, hands-on aesthetic injection experience

- Strong neurotoxin and dermal filler portfolio with natural-looking results

- A transferable client following or documented production, retention, referral, and rebooking performance sufficient to help support the initial schedule

- Confident consultation and ethical sales skills

- Strong communication, follow-through, documentation, and patient-safety habits

- Willingness to participate in appropriate marketing and content creation during scheduled work time

- Experience with PRP, weight-management services, threads, biostimulants, or advanced skin treatments is a plus, not required

Interview process
