Our client is hiring Junior Marketing Associates to join their growing event marketing and retail promotions team in the Long Beach and Santa Ana area.
This is a hands-on, entry-level marketing role ideal for outgoing, energetic individuals who love working with people and want to gain experience in brand promotion, customer engagement, and sales. No previous experience required — full training provided!
What You’ll Do
- Represent exciting brands at pop-up retail events, trade shows, and community promotions
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, ensuring displays are eye-catching and on-brand
- Engage with customers, start conversations, and share product information
- Deliver interactive product demonstrations and help customers make confident purchases
- Collaborate with your team to achieve daily sales and event goals
- Act as a brand ambassador, creating a positive, memorable experience for every customer

- Comfortable speaking with new people in busy retail or event environments
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a strong work ethic
- Motivated to learn and open to feedback
- Able to commute daily to event locations across Long Beach and Santa Ana
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
