Full Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Sales and Account Manager to join our growing team in the healthcare uniforms industry. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a background in customer service who is eager to contribute to the growth and success of our business while providing superior service to our clients.

As a Senior Sales and Account Manager, you will be an integral part of our sales team, taking on a more senior role than other team members, while providing support, leadership, and strategic insights to ensure growth and account retention. You will leverage your sales and customer service expertise to manage existing accounts, convert new leads, and identify opportunities to increase sales across all client segments.

This role is designed for someone with a flexible and adaptive demeanor, willing to grow within the company, take on challenges, and develop long-term relationships with our clients. You must be knowledgeable about the full range of medical uniform collections, as you will be required to showcase and demonstrate products to clients as needed. The ability to wear many hats is essential, as the job will occasionally require you to step in and assist with various tasks beyond core responsibilities. A creative mindset will also be highly valued to help generate new ideas and solutions to support business goals. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting is essential, as you will be tasked with managing data, preparing reports, and identifying trends to optimize sales performance.

Above all, the ideal candidate must be highly organized and possess strong follow-through skills to ensure timely and effective delivery of client needs, sales follow-ups, and team coordination.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Cultivate and manage a portfolio of client accounts, converting leads into sales, expanding existing accounts, and drive revenue growth.
Provide top-tier customer service by addressing client needs, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction with both products and services.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Barco medical uniform collections and product offerings and be able to demonstrate these to clients to drive sales.
Regularly analyze sales data and performance metrics, prepare reports for management, and offer insights to improve processes and drive results.
Develop proactive solutions and strategies to address problems, improve customer experience, and drive sales.
Travel internationally to meet with clients and showcase product collections.
Assist with the coordination and attend trade shows and conventions.
Talk with prospective clients, run product demonstrations, and answer questions.
Stay current on trends in the medical uniform industry and product offerings to better serve client needs and increase sales opportunities.
Collaborate with management to identify areas for process improvement, streamline sales processes, and ensure efficient client onboarding and follow-up.
Maintain exceptional organization, ensuring all client needs, orders, and follow-ups are managed with precision and on schedule.
Ensure timely responses and action on all tasks, from sales inquiries to post-sale service.
Be an active and supportive team player.
Collaborate with team members to ensure goals are met and help mentor junior sales staff.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Assist with various parts of assorted marketing initiatives.
Support various business needs and special projects.
Additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in B2B or in healthcare or apparel-related industries, with a proven track record of sales success.
Must have full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manage data, create reports, and analyze trends.
Prior sales, showroom, or logistics experience a plus.
Full Circle knowledge preferred

Travel Requirement: Approximately 25%

Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and clients with a high degree of organization and follow-through to ensure successful outcomes.
Top tier communication skills, written and verbal, with a customer service orientated attitude.
Individual must be highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively with little or no supervision.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
