Qualifications

Sincere, Positive and Friendly Demeanor
High level of integrity and work ethic
Fluent in English & Spanish
Dental office management: 2 years (Required)
Demonstrates a Strong Understanding of Dental Front Office Operations
Expert in Treatment Planning, Dental Billing experience, Experience with PPO / HMO & Dentical
Great Organizational Skills, Ability to Multi-Task and Prioritize
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in dental software systems (e.g., Open Dental)
Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional patient care

Responsibilities

As our Office Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice, providing support to both our staff and patients alike
Oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, and administrative tasks
Manage patient inquiries, appointments, and records with care and efficiency
Coordinate with dental staff to optimize workflow and patient satisfaction
Utilize practice management software to maintain accurate records and streamline processes
Foster a positive and welcoming environment for both patients and team members
Treatment coordination
