Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant/Bookkeeper for a manufacturing company in Stanton. This is a temp position and starting pay is $20 to $22 Per hour.

Position:

full or part time.
Hours: 6:30 -3:00 M-F

We are looking for a temp office employee with basic experience in the following:

Administrative/Office Assistant - Bookkeeper

We are looking for a combination of general administrative/office support functions as well as bookkeeping (AP/AR) activities for a small manufacturing company. Administrative duties include: the day to day office activities, answering phones, ordering supplies, customer service, processing customer orders, document control, other clerical tasks as needed, and other projects as assigned. Accounting duties include accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, inventory, and data entry.

The ideal candidate will understand the basics of accounting, be very organized and able to prioritize to complete projects on time. Must have good math skills and be comfortable working in a small office environment. MUST BE ABLE to MULTI-TASK.

Requirements:

Min. 1-2 years of relevant accounting and administrative experience
Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office required.
Knowledge of JobBoss or QuickBooks helpful.
Must have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Able to multi-task, and work both independently and as part of a team.
Detail oriented –attention to detail is a must -CRITICAL.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to prioritize daily tasks and complete tasks without supervision
This position requires an individual to function with the idea of 1,000 different
Manufacturing background
requirements and knowing how to determine what is needed for each instance. Each customers/job requires different requirements.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
