Full Job Description

Summary

Under the guidance of the Division Director, the Clinical Supervisor oversees mental health service delivery for the High-Fidelity WRAP Team. In this role, you will plan and lead clinical supervision and training for unlicensed staff. You will also manage team operations, caseloads, weekly client visits, field-based services, and client acuity while ensuring compliance with program requirements.

Essential Functions

Oversee triage, intake, and caseload distribution for all therapists to optimize program service quality.
Check that treatment models are used correctly every time.
Teach new skills and run regular team case consultations.
Review clinical notes, treatment plans, and risk assessments.
Give honest, helpful advice to help clinicians improve.
Provide clinical support to increase clinicians skill set.

Minimum Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related mental health field.
Active license with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
Prior experience with the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (DMH) and EXYM software preferred.
Previous EXYM software experience a plus.
Excellent verbal, written, and documentation skills.
Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
Valid California driver’s license, proper auto insurance, and proof of license submitted to Human Resources Department.
Pass employment verification and background check; maintain agency mission, values, and policies.
Current CANS and LOCUS certifications.
Full-time, 40 hours per week with regular attendance required.
Maintain and uphold Agency mission statement, values, policies, procedures, and principles.
Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Environmental Conditions (Working Conditions)

This position involves a mix of in-office work and field-based assignments. Driving is required when in the field, own transportation is required.

This position requires supervisory responsibilities.

Physical Requirements

Job requires at least 60 to 90 minutes of sustained sitting and listening, at least 120 minutes of sustained writing and/or typing medical charts, and customary talking, walking and carrying to perform mental health service. Driving is required when in the field, own transportation is required.

Mental Requirements

Mental requirements include processing information, thinking, conceptualizing, and developing effective treatment plans and delivery of appropriate mental health services. Staff must be able to accommodate distractions and interruptions due to emergency situations, uncontrollable changes in work schedules, and/or exposure to inappropriate behavior and language of others.
