KALLATI is seeking a Customer Experience & Client Relations Specialist to join our team at our headquarters in Great Neck, NY. In this role, you'll be the voice of the KALLATI brand, helping customers long after their purchase by delivering outstanding service, strengthening relationships, gathering valuable feedback, and creating memorable experiences that encourage lifelong loyalty.

What You'll Do

As our Customer Experience & Client Relations Specialist, you'll help elevate the KALLATI customer experience by:

Proactively reaching out to customers following their purchase to ensure satisfaction and strengthen relationships.
Conducting customer follow-up calls, gathering feedback, and identifying future purchase opportunities.
Re-engaging previous customers and introducing them to new collections, events, and promotions.
Inviting customers to trunk shows, retail events, cruise events, and exclusive brand experiences.
Answering inbound phone calls and responding to customer emails with professionalism and care.
Assisting customers with questions related to orders, repairs, exchanges, returns, and product information.
Managing and updating customer information using Excel while supporting the future implementation of a CRM platform.
Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Ecommerce, and Leadership to improve the overall customer journey.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, follow-up activities, and service requests.

What We're Looking For

Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

An excellent communicator with outstanding phone and email etiquette.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable managing customer information, Excel spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
Patient, empathetic, and confident handling customer concerns while maintaining professionalism.
A proactive problem solver who enjoys building long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in customer experience, client relations, customer service, luxury retail, hospitality, concierge services, ecommerce support, or a similar customer-facing role.
Experience conducting proactive customer outreach, post-purchase follow-up, clienteling, customer satisfaction calls, or customer retention initiatives.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience managing customer data.
CRM experience required, including customer tracking, documentation, reporting, and follow-up management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience handling customer concerns with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
Experience within the fine jewelry, luxury goods, high-end retail, hospitality, or relationship-driven industries is strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Range: $25.00-$33.00/hour ($52,000 - $68,640 annually, based on experience).
20 days of Paid Time Off annually, including vacation, sick time, holidays, and personal days (accrued following the introductory probationary period).

Working Environment

Onsite position based in Great Neck, New York.
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
