Summary of Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
Lead Carpenter
- Manages all on-site activities
- Must be able to read blueprints
- “Bags on” carpentry, (this is a hands-on role)
- High degree of quality work
- Extremely organized
- Communicates well and often
- Highly safety conscience
- Strives to exceed the expectations of the homeowner and architect
- Keeps the job site clean and organized, materials and tools are thoughtfully staged
- Has a clear vision of the current scope
- Creates a culture of respect, teamwork, and high-quality standards
- Goals are set with the crew
- Ability to use technology

- Works closely with sub-contractors to complete the job
- We Sub contract 90% of demo/framing/ flooring/tile/finishes
- Light Demo, Light framing on occassion, window prep & installation, exterior & interior trim, installing cabinetry, doors, and decking and railings
- Works closely with the PM to ensure the completion of the project
- Assures quality work is being done
- Professional interaction with the customer is a must
- Able to execute work at a very high level of quality and efficiency
- Breaks down complex tasks for successful execution of the plan
- Schedules daily site set-up and break down
- Maintains a clean site every day
- Very skilled with hand and power tools
