Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and skilled Experienced Chefs and Line Cooks to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced environment, ensuring every plate meets our standards of excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity for culinary professionals eager to showcase their skills and grow within a vibrant food service setting.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, presentation standards, and food safety guidelines
Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection to ensure quality and variety
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including food prep areas and cooking stations
Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
Support catering events and special functions with timely meal preparation and serving
Demonstrate excellent knife skills for efficient food preparation and portion control
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours

Experience

Proven experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant environments
Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food industry standards
Experience working in dietary departments or with dietary aides is a plus
Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and food safety protocols
Familiarity with catering services, serving procedures, and kitchen equipment
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in food presentation
