Current opening: evening shift 8-hour shifts 72 hours per pay period. Both include every other weekend. Base pay range: $29.61–$32.99 DOE, plus a $1/hour evening shift differential.

What You’ll Do:

Provide high-quality, person-centered nursing care.
Contribute to individualized care planning.
Monitor conditions and administer medications and treatments.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care.
Guide, mentor, and support nursing assistants and team members.
Communicate effectively with residents and families.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

Current Minnesota LPN license.
