Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).

What You'll Do:

As an Administrator-in-Training, you'll gain practical experience in:

Daily operations of a skilled nursing and long-term care facility
Regulatory compliance and state/federal survey preparation
Quality assurance and performance improvement
Resident care and customer satisfaction
Human resources, staffing, and employee engagement
Financial management and budgeting

Requirements:

Must reside in Colorado
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field
Experience in Healthcare setting LTC/SNF preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Passion for serving seniors and improving quality of care
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Wage Range: $50k-$75k D.O.E / Application Deadline: 8/20/2026
