About us

We are a cutting edge- Heavy Invisalign Orthodontic office with our main location in Boulder Colorado! We have a Firestone location as well that we visit a few times a month. Our busy office is adding a front desk assistant to assist our scheduling coordinator, staff and doctor in office adminstration.

Monday thru Thursday work week.

Our office has a wonderful reputation within the Boulder and Firestone communities- we love our patients and referring doctors!

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a LONG TERM- fun, polished and punctual Orthodontic Front Desk Assistant to join our amazing team!

-Dental/Orthodontic front desk knowledge is required.

-Experience in a Fast paced environment.

This is a career LONG TERM position that we all take very seriously- but still have fun!

**Duties:**

- Answering Multi line phones- a Friendly and upbeat personality is a must!

- Punctual, responsible for opening up front desk well before patients arrive is required.

-Taking new patient and current patient phone calls- being detail oriented a must

-Learning our scheduling policies and scheduling active patients as well as taking care of any adminstrative duties.

-Accurate Insurance Verification

-Willingness to learn our systems and processess including Ortho2 software

- Maintain patient records and documentation accurately in electronic health records systems. Proper spelling and punctuation a must for Orthodontic charting and data entry.

- Support to the doctor, Treatment Coordinator, Financial Coordinator and Clinical staff.

**Qualifications:**

- Organized and POLISHED professional with attention to detail in all tasks.

- Some knowledge of Invisalign, Braces and iTero scanning is a plus.

- Familiarity working with pediatric and Adult patients.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic orthodontic practice, providing valuable support to the orthodontist, patients and team, while gaining experience in a specialized field.
