Part-Time | Opportunity to Grow

Switchback Chiropractic is looking for an energetic, personable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Front Desk & Practice Growth Coordinator.

This is not just a receptionist position.

We are a growing, cash-based chiropractic and wellness office focused on helping people get out of pain, stay active, and improve their overall health. We’re looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people and wants to play an active role in helping the practice grow.

What You’ll Do

Create a welcoming, upbeat experience for every patient
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
Follow up with new patients and prospective patients
Help keep patients engaged and on track with their care
Assist with patient reactivation and outreach
Help promote services and programs within the office
Assist with social media, photos, videos, and simple content creation
Help organize community outreach and referral relationships
Keep the office organized and identify things that need to get done
Guiding patients to their treatment area and getting them comfortably set up.

Who We’re Looking For

You might be a great fit if you are:

Naturally friendly, confident, and comfortable talking with people
Proactive
Organized and able to juggle several responsibilities
Dependable and good at following through
Comfortable making phone calls and following up with people
Interested in health, fitness, nutrition, or wellness
Comfortable learning how to educate people about our services
Willing to appear in or help create social media content
Someone who brings energy to the workplace

Healthcare experience is helpful, but personality, initiative, and reliability matter more to us than having worked in a chiropractic office before.

About Switchback Chiropractic

We’re a small chiropractic and wellness practice in Arvada offering chiropractic care, spinal decompression, and additional health and recovery services.

Because we’re a small office, every team member matters. You won't disappear into a large organization—you'll have the opportunity to help shape how the practice operates and grows.

We want someone who takes ownership of their role, enjoys helping people, and wants to grow alongside the practice.

Schedule

This position will begin part-time, with the potential for additional hours and responsibilities as the practice grows.
