Funds Transfer & Client Service Associate
Compensation: $50,000–$80,000 annually (DOE)

As our firm continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Client Service & Transfer Specialist to join our team in Loveland, Colorado. This role is ideal for a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and takes pride in delivering white-glove service.

This is more than an administrative role. The Client Service & Transfer Specialist serves as a key part of the client journey—from onboarding and asset transfers to ongoing service and advisor support—helping ensure every client interaction reflects the high standards of our firm. What You Will Do Client Experience & Relationship Management

Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests with professionalism, warmth, and responsiveness
Build trusted relationships with clients while delivering a high-touch service experience
Manage incoming client calls and coordinate timely resolution of requests and inquiries
Maintain accurate documentation and detailed client notes within the CRM system
Support advisors by preparing for client meetings and ensuring a seamless client experience

New Business, Transfers & Operations

Prepare onboarding paperwork and documentation for new client relationships
Coordinate and monitor account transfers from submission through completion
Process service requests including beneficiary updates, withdrawals, account maintenance, and annuity reallocations
Review applications and paperwork for completeness and accuracy before submission
Prepare issued business for delivery and client follow-up
Assist with new business processing and operational workflows

Advisor & Office Support

Prepare client review materials and account summaries for upcoming meetings
Assist with scheduling and client communications
Support client reporting, mailings, and ongoing service initiatives
Maintain database accuracy and assist with office operations as needed
Provide backup phone coverage and collaborate with team members to ensure operational excellence

Qualifications & Experience

Preferred Experience:

Experience within financial services, wealth management, banking, insurance, mortgage processing, or a related industry
3+ years in client service, operations, onboarding, transfer processing, or relationship management roles
Mortgage processing professionals are encouraged to apply

Licensing & Education:

Securities and/or insurance licensing preferred
Candidates willing to obtain licensing within 90 days will also be considered

Technical Skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to quickly learn industry software and CRM systems

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $50,000 – $80,000 annually, based on experience
