You will begin by mastering patient experience, scheduling, communication, and practice operations while learning the science, technology, and artistry behind advanced aesthetic treatments.

What You Will Do
- Create an exceptional experience for every client who visits Vasu
- Answer phones, texts, emails, and online inquiries professionally and promptly
- Schedule appointments and maintain an efficient daily schedule
- Support providers and help ensure smooth daily operations
- Learn our treatments, technologies, and skincare offerings
- Assist with client follow-up and relationship building
- Maintain a clean, organized, beautiful, and welcoming environment
- Help solve problems before they become problems
- Look for opportunities to improve systems and client experience
- Support the team wherever needed

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Colorado aesthetics program or a graduate of an accredited aesthetics program
- Passionate about aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and helping people look and feel their best
- Professional, polished, dependable, and coachable
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable communicating with clients
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
