Full Job Description

Hunley Plumbing is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our team!

Our company provides residential plumbing services as well as commercial and new construction plumbing, so every day brings something different. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.
Schedule and dispatch residential plumbing service calls.
Coordinate with project managers, builders, and field personnel on commercial and new construction projects.
Prepare and process invoices, estimates, work orders, and purchase orders.
Assist with billing, accounts receivable, and payment collection.
Maintain customer files, job records, permits, and project documentation.
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and customers.
Assist with scheduling inspections and coordinating project timelines.
Support daily office operations and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Previous office administration experience required.
Experience in plumbing, or construction is preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer software.
Experience with dispatching or construction management software is a plus.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently.
