Full Job Description

Part-Time Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant

Telco Plus Credit Union is seeking a creative, energetic, and community-minded individual to join our team as a Part-Time Graphic Designer & Marketing Assistant.

If you enjoy creating eye-catching graphics, producing engaging social media content, editing videos, and interacting with people at community events, we'd love to meet you!

Position Details

· Part-Time (15–20 hours per week)

· Flexible Schedule

· Based in Longview, with some Tyler area trips

Responsibilities

· Design marketing materials, including flyers, advertisements, brochures, banners, and digital graphics

· Create content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms

· Edit and produce short-form videos for social media and marketing campaigns

· Assist with email marketing campaigns

· Photograph and video community events, branch activities, and promotions

· Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials

· Collaborate with staff to promote products, services, and special events

· Help coordinate and represent Telco Plus at community events, sponsorships, and member appreciation activities

Qualifications

· Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

· Experience creating and editing videos for social media

· Understanding of social media platforms and current trends

· Great written and verbal communication skills

· Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects

· Friendly, outgoing personality with a willingness to interact with members and the community

· Photography experience is a plus
