We are seeking experienced Safety Professionals to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for highly motivated safety leaders who thrive in fast-paced industrial environments and are willing to travel nationwide to support major construction projects, refinery turnarounds, shutdowns, and industrial operations.
Position Summary
The Safety Professional serves as the on-site safety resource for clients and project teams, helping identify hazards, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster a culture where safety is owned by everyone on site.
Successful candidates will possess strong field experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with craft workers, supervisors, contractors, and client representatives while maintaining the highest safety standards.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates should possess significant experience in one or more of the following:
- Data Center Construction
- Industrial Construction
- Refinery Operations
- Petrochemical Facilities
- Power Generation Facilities
- Manufacturing Facilities
- Utility Projects
- Turnarounds and Shutdowns
- Commissioning and Startup Activities
- High-Risk Maintenance Operations
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of industrial or construction safety experience.
- Working knowledge of OSHA Construction and/or General Industry standards.
- Experience supporting large-scale industrial projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in dynamic environments.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the United States.
