Office Manager (Part-Time)

Location: White Oak & Tyler
Position Type: Part-Time (25-30 hours a week)
Reports To: CEO

What You'll Do

Recruiting & Hiring

Source and recruit top-tier candidates
Review applications and resumes
Conduct phone and in-person interviews
Coordinate onboarding for new hires
Prepare and present employment offers
Manage hiring through our HR software (Eddy)

Employee Support & Retention

Help create an outstanding employee experience
Conduct coaching conversations and performance reviews
Assist managers with disciplinary documentation and performance improvement plans
Track employee performance and retention
Coordinate employee appreciation initiatives
Support leadership in reducing turnover

Administrative & HR

Audit employee time clocks daily
Maintain employee files and HR records
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Assist with unemployment claims and HR documentation
Update employee handbook acknowledgements
Coordinate internal communications and newsletters
Support accounts receivable and general office administration

Operations Support

Help coordinate staffing coverage
Participate in launch meetings for new accounts
Assist leadership with organizational planning
Maintain accurate employee and staffing data

10+ quality interviews each week
Less than 25% annual employee turnover
Less than 1% revenue lost due to staffing shortages
98%+ payroll/time clock accuracy
Improved accounts receivable performance
