Summary

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team in Central Florida. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our financial records and ensuring accuracy in our accounting processes, contributing directly to the success of Prestige Sign and Light.
Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and other accounting software.
Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure accurate account analysis.
Assist with payroll processing and related reporting.
Ensure compliance with GAAP standards in all accounting practices.
Prepare for audits by organizing financial documents as needed.
Collaborate with management to develop budgets and financial forecasts.

Qualifications Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.

Proficiency in Quick Book Online version is essential; familiarity with other accounting software is a plus.
Strong understanding of corporate accounting principles and GAAP standards.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical skills for account reconciliation and financial reporting.
Experience with payroll processing is preferred.
