Lingo Staffing is NOW HIRING Electrical Assemblers / Wiring Technicians in Sanford, FL!

Electrical Assemblers / Wiring Technicians - Responsible for assembling and wiring electrical equipment according to wiring diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work with hand tools, and a commitment to producing high-quality electrical assemblies in a manufacturing environment.

Pay & Schedule

$17.50/hour
1st Shift: Monday–Thursday | 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Assemble and wire electrical components and equipment
1-3 years of electrical assembly, wire harness, panel wiring, or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to read wiring diagrams or blueprints
Comfortable using hand tools
Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions
Route, bundle, crimp, strip, and terminate wires
Mount electrical components and hardware
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
Use hand tools and measuring devices
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable with a positive attitude
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Lift up to 50 lbs.
Frequent use of hands for detailed assembly work
