We're not looking for a traditional HR recruiter.

We're looking for a high-energy talent hunter who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and creating opportunities. Someone who is naturally outgoing, competitive, and motivated by results—not someone who waits for resumes to appear in their inbox.

We are a rapidly growing commercial landscape and snow management company serving customers throughout Ohio. Our continued growth depends on having great people in the right positions, and we're looking for someone to own that mission.

What You'll Do

Recruit and hire exceptional field, office, and leadership employees.
Build relationships with trade schools, workforce agencies, military transition programs, community organizations, and referral partners.
Develop creative recruiting strategies that keep our hiring pipeline full year-round.
Coordinate interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
Recruit, qualify, and maintain relationships with snow subcontractors before each winter season.
Work closely with our Operations team to anticipate staffing needs before they become urgent.
Represent our company at hiring events, networking opportunities, and throughout the community.
