MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Senior Vice President of Revenue Growth is responsible for designing, leading, and optimizing the company's integrated global revenue engine. This executive provides strategic leadership across Marketing, Demand Generation, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, and Commercial Analytics to deliver predictable, scalable, and profitable revenue growth while developing future leaders and supporting global expansion.
KEY RESULT AREAS & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Commercial Strategy & Revenue Leadership
- Develop and execute the global revenue growth strategy.
- Align marketing, sales, RevOps, and business development under one commercial strategy.
- Identify new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with Operations and Client Success to ensure commercial commitments align with delivery.
2. Demand Generation & Growth Marketing
- Own demand generation strategy and pipeline creation.
- Lead digital marketing, content, brand, communications, ABM, and events.
- Measure campaign attribution and optimize marketing ROI.
3. Enterprise Sales Leadership
- Lead the enterprise sales organization and Business Development Executive teams.
- Improve forecasting, win rates, conversion, and sales productivity.
- Develop executive relationships with strategic clients.
4. Revenue Operations
- Own CRM governance, pipeline management, forecasting, dashboards, and reporting.
- Ensure data integrity and commercial analytics.
5. Sales Enablement
- Develop onboarding, playbooks, pricing guidance, proposal standards, and competitive positioning.
6. Global Team Leadership & Organizational Development
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and retain high-performing commercial leaders.
- Develop succession plans and leadership pipelines.
- Implement KPI-driven performance management, coaching, and quarterly talent reviews.
- Build a culture of servant leadership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field required; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience.
- 10+ years leading enterprise B2B sales and marketing organizations.
- Demonstrated success leading integrated Marketing and Sales functions.
- Experience scaling high-growth organizations.
- Experience implementing KPI-driven management systems.
- Strong knowledge of RevOps, CRM platforms, ABM, digital marketing, and analytics.
- Healthcare, life sciences, healthcare technology, or BPO experience preferred.
- Board and executive presentation experience.
