Seeking a Child Care Center Director who is passionate, driven, experienced and an early childhood champion. Recruitment and retention of families and staff
Meeting parents' needs

JOB DETAILS

Ideal Director Characteristics:

- Experience and Education: 2-3 years classroom experience as well as 1-2 years experience leading other adults and a degree in early childhood education (or related field), or Career Pathway Level 3 and or Current CDA
- Creativity: effective problem solver; is innovative and has new ideas that helps operations
- Customer Focus: Great daily communication, timely responsiveness, engagement and resourceful in finding answers to questions
- Checklist Lover: Detail oriented, loves to complete tasks and is an eager problem solve
- Organization: knows where everything is and if it does have a place will find one
- Integrity: Professional, motivated and true to what you say you will do across all relationships with children, families, and co-workers
- Environment: Create an atmosphere that is inviting and represents all students, families and staff
