Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our vibrant sales team. This role is essential in driving business growth, managing client relationships, and supporting sales initiatives across various territories. As a key player in our organization, you will facilitate seamless communication between clients and internal teams, coordinate sales activities, and contribute to achieving ambitious sales targets. Duties

Coordinate and support the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closing, ensuring smooth execution at every stage
Manage existing client accounts through effective relationship building, upselling, and customer service to foster loyalty and repeat business
Assist in developing strategic business development plans to identify new B2B sales opportunities within assigned territories
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for informed decision-making
Conduct territory management by prospecting potential clients via phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and onsite visits when necessary
Support marketing initiatives by coordinating promotional campaigns and providing feedback on market trends and customer needs
Collaborate with sales management systems to monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize sales strategies
Engage in inside and outside sales activities to maximize reach and achieve or surpass sales targets in a remote or hybrid environment
Negotiate terms with clients effectively while maintaining positive relationships that support long-term growth
Participate in ongoing training on technical sales products and industry developments to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques

Requirements

Proven experience in management, business development, or account management within a B2B sales environment
Strong background in technology or technical sales with familiarity using CRM systems like Salesforce or similar platforms
Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, territory management, and closing deals effectively
Excellent communication skills for client interaction, negotiation, and customer relationship building
Proficiency with CRM software and sales management systems for tracking activities and analyzing performance data
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high levels of motivation and organization
Strong analysis skills to interpret market data and identify new opportunities for growth
Experience in inside/outside sales environments with a focus on achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution
Customer service orientation with a knack for upselling additional products or services to existing clients
Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining focus on long-term objectives
