Dental Office Manager
Full-Time | Experience in Dental Management Required

Schedule: Monday–Friday

We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager who brings strong operational expertise, a collaborative leadership style, and a commitment to excellence in patient care. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively lead a team while maintaining efficient, high-quality office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership through clear communication, professionalism, and a positive approach
Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and a high standard of patient care
Manage insurance verification, billing processes, and patient accounts
Utilize dental practice management systems (e.g., Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar)
Optimize scheduling to support productivity and patient flow
Foster a patient-centered, team-oriented environment
Train, mentor, and support front office team members
Deliver constructive feedback and implement performance improvements when needed
Monitor team culture, patient satisfaction, and operational performance; identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with providers
Ensure revenue cycle management (RCM), financial, and accounting processes are accurate and effective

Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of dental office management experience, including team supervision
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience preferred
Strong understanding of key performance metrics and data analysis
Demonstrated leadership skills with a high level of integrity and accountability
Proven ability to drive office performance and revenue growth
Proficiency with dental practice management software
