Full Job Description

Buchanan Company, Inc. is seeking a high initiative individual for our Chute Dr. Coordinator role at our Corporate Office in Huntington Beach, CA. As a Coordinator, you will coordinate order entry and track order activity in Fishbowl. You will share in the mutual desire to acquire, activate and service new and existing clients and grow our 40+ years of expertise. Our projects are chute & compactor systems in multi-story high-density residential and commercial projects. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow in their profession and be a part of a collaborative environment!

Seeking an individual who is comfortable communicating with clients, developers, and general contractors. The ideal candidate is customer oriented and provides excellent customer service.

Paid on a weekly basis and provided medical, dental and vision, life insurance, vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays. Advancement opportunities.

Primary Duties

· Fishbowl Order Entry.

· Follow up with customers to ensure we have fulfilled their needs and expectations.

· Utilize our real time Customer Relationship Management system to manage project opportunities, maintain status, and measure results.

· Communicate with customers and internal staff to clarify information and requirements, and influence customer decisions.

· Build and maintain a strong working relationship with department teammates and other staff members.

· Answer inbound phone calls.

To be successful in this role you need:

· Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

· The ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and prioritize work daily.

· Organized and attentive to details.

· Prior experience in the construction industry highly desirable.

· Strong mathematical abilities.

· Self-manage your daily workflow.

Minimum Qualifications

· 1-2 years Inside Sales, Customer Service or Quoting experience a plus.

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook.

· Strong, clear, and effective verbal and written communication skills.

· Problem solving and organizational skills with attention to detail.

· Desire to learn.

Schedule

On-site, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
