Full Job Description

Human Resources Manager - Generalist

Established Residential Care for the Elderly organization seeks an experienced Generalist to administer critical Human Resource programs. This individual will provide service in all areas of HR, including but not limited to:

· Wage and Hour Compliance

· Timekeeping and Payroll (HCM / HRIS platforms)

· Workers’ Compensation and Safety

· Employee Benefits Administration

· Leave of Absences and ADA

· Recruitment and Staffing

· Employee Training

· Records Administration and Regulatory Agency Response

· Employee Relations and Recognition

This individual will maintain and improve processes for attracting and retaining employees, ensuring fair, equitable treatment of employees and compliance with wage & hour, employment and health & safety regulations.

This individual will partner with care facility Management to ensure consistent administration of Human Resource policies, processes, and programs providing direct support to Managers and engaging employees at all levels.

This individual must have the ability to work independently and provide broad-based service contributing at all levels from conceptual through completion of basic administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Must have bachelor’s degree or equivalent and minimum five years’ Human Resources experience. Familiarity with Residential Care Facility for the Elderly operations a big plus.
Must be competent with Microsoft Word and Excel and familiar with computerized systems for time & attendance, scheduling, employee training and payroll.
Must have well developed investigative, problem solving, and analytic abilities as well as demonstrated written and oral communication skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
