Job description

JOB SUMMARY: Project Administrator: Assist the project Administrators in the overall administrative direction of one or more projects. Under the direction of the Project Admin Supervisor, this position may assist with specific aspects of project Administration, i.e. subcontracts, RFI's change order pricing, takeoff, document control, billing and submittal review/coordination.

Job Duties will encompass but not be limited to:

Assist with tracking projects or schedules for the issuance of routine documents (such as reports and contracts).
Assists with project expenses, client invoices, and related accounting forms are being evaluated.
Function as central resource for client specific information.
Assist with submittals
Maintain communication with Dispatch and field Foremen to keep project folders up-to-date.
Clerical duties as assigned, including basic filing, scanning, emailing, and faxing documents.
Cover for Receptionist as needed.
Professionally Administer all incoming calls.
Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly.
Greet guests in a professional, friendly manner.
Assist with other projects as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Ability:

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
General knowledge of accounting, business administration, and project management practices.
Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner.
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast- paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
Ability to perform mathematical computations such as percentages, fractions, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division quickly and accurately.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, employees, and management team.
Professional decorum and business maturity required.
Ability to successfully serve as a member of a team.
Position may require overtime with little or no advance notice given.
Must possess strong work ethics.
Must be well organized and a self- starter.
Must be able to follow standard filing procedures.
Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong problem solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolutions skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills.

Physical Activities:

Job duties require manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination required.
Job duties require vision and hearing corrected within normal range.
Job duties require an employee to work under fast paced demanding conditions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
