Position Summary:

Build the digital foundation that enables Spirit Jersey to become the most agile, data-driven, and innovative apparel company in the licensed products industry. This role exists to simplify the business. Every technology investment should reduce complexity, improve visibility, accelerate decision-making, and create a better experience for our employees, customers, and partners.

The Vice President of Enterprise Technology & Digital Innovation will lead the strategy, implementation, and continuous evolution of the technology ecosystem that powers product creation, manufacturing, planning, customer experience, distribution, and business intelligence. This leader will partner with every function across the organization to drive operational excellence, scalability, and innovation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the company’s enterprise technology and digital innovation strategy.
Lead the strategy, optimization, and continuous improvement of A2000 ERP.
Own Centric PLM and the end-to-end product development technology ecosystem.
Drive enterprise AI initiatives that improve productivity, creativity, decision-making, and customer experience.
Lead enterprise integrations across EDI, Shopify, NuORDER, Domo, WMS, CRM, and future business platforms.
Simplify, standardize, and automate business processes across the organization.
Build executive dashboards with real-time visibility into sales, inventory, production, planning, customer service, finance, and operational performance.
Establish enterprise data governance, systems architecture, integration standards, and technology roadmaps.
Lead cybersecurity, infrastructure strategy, business continuity, and technology governance.
Partner closely with Design, Product Development, Planning, Production, Operations, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Distribution, HR, and Executive Leadership.
Build and mentor a high-performing technology and enterprise applications team.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic investments that create competitive advantage.

Qualifications

10+ years of leadership experience in apparel, footwear, consumer products, manufacturing, or retail.
Proven success leading enterprise technology modernization and digital transformation.
Hands-on implementation experience with ERP and PLM platforms.
Strong preference for experience with: A2000 ERP, Centric PLM, Shopify, NuORDER, Domo, EDI, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Deep understanding of product development, sourcing, manufacturing, inventory management, planning, fulfillment, and customer experience.
Experience implementing AI, automation, analytics, and business intelligence solutions.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into scalable technology solutions.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and change management skills.

First Year Success

Reduce product development cycle time by at least 30%.
Launch enterprise executive dashboards with real-time KPIs.
Improve cross-functional workflow efficiency through automation and process simplification.
Increase enterprise system adoption to greater than 95%.
Improve data quality and visibility across all major business platforms.
Expand AI-powered capabilities across multiple departments.
Deliver measurable improvements in speed, customer experience, operational efficiency, and decision-making.

Salary Range
$USD annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
