Psychiatrist MD/DO - Hybrid Opportunity

Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist MD/DO to join a growing mental health practice in a hybrid care model. This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatrist looking to provide high-quality patient care while working in a collaborative and innovative environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions and be comfortable working alongside an advanced practice provider team.

Location

Burbank, CA.
Hybrid Schedule Available

Responsibilities

Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and medication management for patients
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to ensure quality patient care
Provide clinical supervision and support to NP/PA providers
Participate in the delivery of advanced psychiatric treatments, including TMS and Spravato (training provided)
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
Stay current with evidence-based psychiatric treatment approaches

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain one
Must be comfortable supervising NP/PA providers
Must be open to learning and providing TMS/Spravato treatments (training provided)
Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $400,000 - $500,000+ annually
Hybrid work flexibility
Training provided for TMS and Spravato
