Wedding Planner — Los Angeles, CA
Aisle Ai Weddings

Aisle Ai Weddings is hiring a multilingual Wedding Planner to join our Los Angeles team. We’re looking for someone who is organized, creative, culturally aware, and passionate about creating unforgettable wedding experiences for couples from diverse backgrounds.

About the Role

As a Wedding Planner with Aisle Ai Weddings, you’ll guide couples through the planning process from initial consultation through wedding day execution. You’ll coordinate vendors, timelines, logistics, budgets, and guest experiences while providing highly personalized service.

Because we work with couples, families, and vendors from diverse communities, multilingual fluency is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage weddings from initial planning through day-of execution
Conduct consultations with couples and families
Develop and manage wedding timelines, checklists, and planning schedules
Source and coordinate venues, caterers, florists, entertainment, photographers, rentals, and other vendors
Manage vendor communication, contracts, deadlines, and logistics
Assist couples with budgets and planning priorities
Coordinate rehearsals and wedding-day production
Manage ceremony and reception timelines on-site
Anticipate problems and provide calm, solutions-oriented support
Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the planning process
Work with the Aisle Ai Weddings team to make wedding planning more organized, efficient, and personalized
Provide culturally thoughtful service to couples and families from a wide range of backgrounds

Qualifications

Previous experience in wedding planning, event planning, hospitality, or event production
Multilingual — fluency in English plus at least one additional language preferred
Strong preference for candidates fluent in languages commonly spoken throughout Los Angeles, including Spanish, Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Japanese, Hindi, or other languages
Excellent communication and client-service skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple vendors, deadlines, and moving parts
Ability to remain professional and composed in high-pressure environments
Strong understanding of different cultural wedding traditions is a major plus
Comfortable working evenings and weekends based on wedding schedules
Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the greater Los Angeles area

You’re equally comfortable building a detailed timeline, negotiating with a vendor, communicating with family members, and solving an unexpected problem five minutes before the ceremony.
