Revive Medical Supplies is a licensed Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and custom rehabilitation provider serving patients and healthcare professionals throughout Southern California. As a growing company, we are expanding our presence across the region and are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help establish Revive as the premier DME provider in California.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, networking with healthcare professionals, and making a meaningful impact within their community. You will serve as the face of Revive by developing new referral partnerships and strengthening existing relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

After the training process, you will be in the office 2 days out of the week and out prospecting 3 days out of the week.
Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare facilities, and other referral sources.
Identify new business opportunities and expand Revive's referral network throughout Southern California.
Educate referral partners on Revive's products, services, and insurance-covered solutions.
Serve as a trusted resource by providing exceptional service and ongoing support to referral partners.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure an outstanding experience for patients and providers.
Represent Revive professionally at networking events, meetings, and community outreach opportunities.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude.
Comfortable meeting new people and developing long-term business relationships.
Sales, healthcare, medical device, DME, or business development experience is preferred but not required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
