Location: Glendale, CA

Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish (Fluency in both languages is crucial for this role)

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
Communicate with team members, clients, and partners in English and Spanish, ensuring clear and accurate information flow.
Oversee office supplies inventory, ordering, and restocking to maintain a well-equipped and organized workspace.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives and team members as needed.
Assist with HR-related tasks, including recruiting, new employee onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
Support accounting activities, such as invoicing, expense reporting, and vendor management.
Implement and maintain efficient filing systems and office procedures to optimize productivity.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly, directing them to the appropriate parties.
Support event planning and coordination for company meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
Work together with teams from different departments to ensure that communication and operations are efficient and smooth.

Requirements:

- Proficient in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

- Proven experience in office management, administration, or a related field.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and efficiency.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with office equipment.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.

- Proactive and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
