Full Job Description

TATA PR @tata__la is a full-service PR agency and high-end fashion retailer based in Beverly Hills representing emerging and established brands. Our primary goal is to help international and local designers reach their maximum exposure through strategic placements with a focus on celebrity and editorial.

Candidate must have a strong interest in fashion, PR, pop-up events, and social media content creation. This will be a valuable opportunity for anyone looking to gain experience in the fashion and entertainment industry, as you will be exposed to top international brands. The ideal candidate will be fast-paced, detail-oriented, obsessed with all things celebrity/fashion and be able to manage projects from beginning to end.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Assist with sample tracking, shipping and general showroom appearance
Assist with celebrity and stylist appointments in the showroom
Assist with customers purchasing from our sample sale or e-commerce
Track stylist and editorial inventory pulls/returns
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, running errands, and steaming the clothes
Pack and coordinate all deliveries for pull requests

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and Power Point) and Canva
Must have a laptop and car, previous experience as an intern or retail experience is strongly preferred
A positive attitude with good organizational, communication and writing skills
