About the Role
This is a 1099 contractor position. You’ll be hands-on in clients’ homes to sort, declutter, and set up organizing systems.
Pay & Schedule
- Min $45/hour
- Hours vary week to week
Requirements
Professional home organizing experience is required for this position. We are specifically looking for candidates who have hands-on experience decluttering, organizing, space planning, and creating functional systems within residential homes.
- HOME ORGANIZING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
- Flexible mindset — adaptable is key.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for creating functional, sustainable systems.
- Comfortable working in a variety of environments (closets, garages, kitchens, etc).
- Punctual, reliable, and take initiative
- Strong communication skills and a professional, judgment-free demeanor.
- Reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Physically able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods

BEING A SORTER
Professional organizing is incredibly rewarding. Every project gives you the opportunity to solve problems, create thoughtful systems, and make a lasting impact on how someone lives in their home.
As a Sorter, you'll have the flexibility to choose when you're available while we handle the marketing, client inquiries, scheduling, invoicing, and payments. That means you can spend less time running a business and more time doing what you love—organizing homes.
New Sorters start at minimum $45.00/hour while building experience and client reviews on the platform. After successfully completing your first five client sessions, you'll have the flexibility to adjust your hourly rate based on your experience, client demand, and business goals.
Experienced home organizers may qualify for a higher starting rate based on their professional experience.
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
