Full Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Marketing Intern – Social Media, Influencer & Brand Storyteller to join our team. This role will support the Marketing team in executing digital campaigns, growing our social media presence, and strengthening our influencer and community-driven marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing, and content creation, with a passion for health and wellness. Experience in video editing and graphic design is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management (Instagram & TikTok)

Create, manage, and publish engaging content to drive brand awareness and audience growth
Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives
Monitor, engage, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
Stay up to date with social trends, especially within the health & wellness CPG space

Content Creation & Storytelling

Produce compelling visual and video content (Reels, TikToks, short-form video)
Edit and optimize content for platform performance
Apply strong brand aesthetics and storytelling techniques to all content

Influencer & Community Marketing

Support influencer marketing initiatives, including outreach and relationship management
Assist in seeding and coordinating influencer gifting (PR boxes)
Help manage brand ambassador programs and ongoing partnerships
Support affiliate marketing efforts, including tracking and communication
Assist in building and maintaining a UGC (user-generated content) pipeline for ongoing content needs

Marketing & Campaign Support

Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute campaigns and initiatives
Assist with branded activations, panel events, and experiential marketing (e.g., dinners, pop-ups)
Support Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns

Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze campaign, influencer, and social media performance
Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and conversions

Market Research

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, influencers, and market opportunities
Compile and present findings to support strategic decision-making

Product Development Support

Assist in gathering and analyzing consumer and influencer feedback
Support cross-functional teams in bringing new products to market

Qualifications

2+ years of marketing, social media, or influencer marketing experience
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, or a related field
Proficiency in English , helpful if fluent in Spanish /Mandarin ( would be a plus written and verbal skills not mandatory)
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and influencer marketing ecosystems
Experience with Meta Ads is a plus
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and branding
Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Portfolio of social media graphics or content
Strong understanding of pop culture, creators, and digital trends
Passion for health, wellness, and the CPG industry
