Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Casual Full Service Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant dining team. In this role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food and beverage delivery, and a welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will inspire staff, manage resources effectively, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and hospitality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your management skills in a dynamic casual dining environment where teamwork and enthusiasm drive success.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service flow, and customer interactions
Lead staff training and development to ensure excellent food handling, customer service, and safety practices
Manage shift scheduling, ensuring appropriate staffing levels for busy periods while controlling labor costs
Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining proper stock levels for kitchen and bar areas
Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
Enforce food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations across all food production areas
Support kitchen management by coordinating food production, catering events, and banquet services as needed
Handle customer concerns promptly to guarantee a positive dining experience that encourages repeat visits
Assist with budgeting, cost control, and operational planning to maximize profitability
Participate in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members to build a strong hospitality team

Skills

Proven experience in food service management within quick service or fast food restaurants; casual dining or fine dining experience is a plus
Strong leadership skills with a background in supervising teams and managing staff training programs
Excellent knowledge of POS, cash handling expertise required
Solid understanding of inventory control, food safety protocols, and kitchen management practices
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Experience with budgeting, shift management, and operational planning within the food industry
Culinary experience or food preparation skills are highly desirable for effective supervision of kitchen operations
Familiarity with hospitality management principles including staff training & development and restaurant experience
