Full Job Description

Position Overview

Evriholder Products designs, develops, and distributes household, kitchen, and personal care products. Our products reach a broad customer base through major brick-and-mortar and e-commerce channels across North America and internationally, including leading retailers such as Walmart, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, and Costco.

We are seeking a demand planner to support our US domestic business. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining demand forecasts, analyzing sales and inventory trends, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory levels are aligned with customer demand.

The role focuses on optimizing supply chain operations, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory, and supporting both daily operational requirements and long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to gather market insights and develop consensus demand forecasts that support replenishment based on established inventory targets.
Propose and implement solutions to improve forecast accuracy, maintain in-stock levels, minimize lost sales and maximize inventory turnover rate.
Respond to customer-related inquiry requests, conduct inventory analysis and determine replenishment qty to deliver excellent fill rates
Monitor PO’s and proactively coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to expedite inventory when needed, meet customer expectations, and minimize order cuts.
Provide input and recommendations to improve sales and operation planning (S&OP) and enhance replenishment strategies.
Prepare and maintain relevant inventory reports and create other reports as needed.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, or inventory management, preferably within the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry and/or with off-price, discount, wholesale, or similar retail business models. Experience working directly with retailers such as TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, Ross, Burlington, or similar customers is a plus.
Strong understanding of purchasing, inventory management, warehouse operations, and supply chain planning processes.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
Experience with NetSuite ERP or Avercast planning software is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree is required in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
