ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Special Events & Sales Assistant, you'll be on the front lines of live campaigns - representing brands, engaging with customers, promoting products and services, generating sales, and helping deliver standout event experiences.

This is a customer-facing role where you'll build rapport with customers, promote client products and services, and contribute towards sales targets at live promotional events. It's a fast-paced, team-driven environment where attitude and effort matter.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Represent client brands at live events, pop-ups, and promotional activations to drive customer engagement and sales.
Engage with customers face-to-face, communicate key product and service information, and encourage customer purchases or sign-ups.
Assist with event setup, presentation, and day-to-day coordination.
Create a positive, high-energy customer experience.
Work towards individual and team sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
Work alongside a supportive team to achieve performance goals.
Participate in hands-on training and ongoing coaching.
