Job Title: Marketing Manager – North & Latin America (NALA)
Location: Irwindale, CA (occasional business travel required)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead brand growth and market expansion for our computer hardware and VGA product lines across North and Latin America. In this role, you will serve as the marketing lead for the NALA region, developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance. You will also collaborate closely with global marketing teams and stakeholders in other regional corporate offices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital, retail, and channel platforms for the NALA region.
Manage product marketing initiatives for computer systems and VGA products, including launches and lifecycle campaigns.
Collaborate with sales teams, distributors, and retail partners to drive sell-through and brand visibility.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy.
Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, performance marketing, and content campaigns.
Plan and execute events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Manage regional marketing budgets and optimize ROI across campaigns.
Coordinate with global and regional teams to ensure brand consistency.
Track and report on key performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in computer hardware, gaming, or consumer electronics.
Strong understanding of VGA/GPU market trends and the PC ecosystem.
Proven experience in digital marketing and product marketing.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
Experience working with regional or global teams is a plus.
Participation in occasional business travel as required by the role.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with gaming communities and PC enthusiast markets.
Experience managing B2B and B2C marketing channels.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and retail distribution.
