Full Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Scan and bag items efficiently.
- Process returns and exchanges.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist customers with locating products and answering their inquiries.
- Answer phone calls and address inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate staff.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.

Qualifications:

- Bilingual and able to read, write, and speak Spanish proficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
-Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Note: This position does not require a Pharmacy Technician certification. However, candidates with a Pharmacy Technician certification will be given preference.
