Who We Are:
We are a highly dynamic and purpose-driven Single Family Office supporting a broad range of financial, investment, philanthropic, creative, and cultural impact activities across multiple entities, structures, and initiatives.
Our work is complex but our approach is simple: be precise, act with discretion, and hold ourselves to a high standard of stewardship and accountability.
At our core, we believe success should mean more than strong financial performance; it should create meaningful, lasting impact. That kind of impact doesn’t happen alone; it’s built through disciplined execution, thoughtful decision-making, intentional collaboration, operational excellence, and culturally resonant storytelling.
Who You Are:
We are seeking a highly creative, operationally agile, and emotionally intelligent Freelance Creative Producer / Director / Storyteller to travel with and document a dynamic roadshow experience through compelling visual storytelling, production leadership, and content creation.
This role is responsible for capturing the energy, narrative, community engagement, behind-the-scenes moments, and cultural significance of the roadshow in a way that feels cinematic, elevated, authentic, and strategically aligned.
The ideal candidate is equal parts producer, creative director, documentarian, storyteller, and execution-oriented operator — someone who can move quickly in fast-paced environments while maintaining exceptional creative quality, narrative consistency, and operational organization.
This is not a traditional videographer role. We are looking for a creative leader capable of shaping story arcs, directing content capture in real time, producing emotionally resonant content, managing post-production workflows, and helping transform live experiences into enduring media, digital storytelling, and audience engagement opportunities.
You’re an energetic, passionate self-starter who wants to make a meaningful difference through story, culture, and creative execution. You’re good at pivoting and remaining fast and flexible, often while wearing multiple hats. You thrive under pressure and are driven by results. You’re accountable to yourself and others, and you check your ego at the door.
You are a natural problem-solver with a solutions-oriented mindset. You communicate clearly, think critically, and bring structure to ambiguity. You take feedback just as well as you give it, and you’re excited to support a mission-driven organization that offers opportunities to stretch and shine.
What You’ll Do:
Roadshow Creative Capture & Storytelling
- Travel with the roadshow team to capture live events, behind-the-scenes moments, activations, community interactions, and cultural experiences.
- Lead creative storytelling and narrative development across roadshow content.
- Direct and produce documentary-style visual content in real time.
- Capture photo, video, interview, and experiential content for digital, social, editorial, and archival purposes.
- Develop story arcs that elevate audience engagement and emotional connection.
- Identify compelling moments, themes, and narratives as events unfold.
- Ensure content reflects elevated aesthetics, intentional storytelling, and cultural relevance.
Production Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with communications, production, partnerships, and event teams.
- Help shape content strategies that extend the impact and longevity of the roadshow.
- Manage production logistics, shot planning, and creative execution in dynamic environments.
- Support rapid-turnaround content needs while maintaining high creative standards.
- Contribute to long-form storytelling, recap content, mini-documentaries, interviews, and digital campaigns.
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
Post-Production Direction & Editorial Workflow
- Lead and manage the post-production workflow across internal and freelance editors.
- Create editing briefs, creative direction documents, and task assignments for editors and creative contributors.
- Review edits and provide clear, actionable creative feedback and direction.
- Ensure narrative consistency, pacing, emotional resonance, and creative quality across all deliverables.
- Consolidate stakeholder feedback and manage revisions efficiently.
- Coordinate final review and approval processes before deliverables are shared with stakeholders.
- Maintain organized workflows, asset management, and production communication across creative teams.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong background in documentary storytelling, creative production, content direction, experiential media, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in creative production, documentary filmmaking, branded content, live event media, experiential storytelling, or related creative production work.

- Experience leading editors, post-production workflows, creative review processes, and feedback cycles.
- Strong editing sensibility and understanding of narrative pacing, story structure, emotional resonance, and visual composition.
- Experience capturing culturally relevant, premium, or mission-driven experiences.

- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, or equivalent editing platforms preferred.
- Deep understanding of digital storytelling, social content, audience engagement, and platform-specific deliverables.

- Experience managing multiple complex workflows at once.
