We are seeking a highly creative, hands-on Brand Marketing Manager to lead the development of compelling visual content and brand storytelling across every customer touchpoint. Overview

Bony Levy is seeking a highly creative, organized, and execution-focused Brand Marketing Manager to own the creative development and execution of marketing content across digital, retail, wholesale, e-commerce, email, and social media channels.

This is a hands-on creative leadership role responsible for bringing the Bony Levy brand to life through exceptional visual storytelling, photography, video, social content, campaigns, and product launches. Working closely with Product Development, E-Commerce, Sales, and Operations, this individual will translate product strategy into compelling creative that inspires customers, strengthens the brand, and drives sales.

This individual will own the creative process from concept through execution—including campaign ideation, photo and video production, art direction, model casting, styling, and the creation of high-performing content for every customer touchpoint. The ideal candidate combines exceptional creative instincts with strong organizational and project management skills and is equally comfortable developing campaign concepts, directing photo shoots, creating content calendars, writing creative briefs, reviewing assets, and ensuring every piece of marketing reflects the elevated Bony Levy aesthetic. This role partners closely with onsite teams while leading offshore creative support resources to deliver high-quality creative on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Direction & Brand Storytelling

Own the creative vision and execution for seasonal campaigns, product launches, brand initiatives, and promotional events.
Develop compelling visual storytelling across product collections, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.
Translate product strategy into engaging creative that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
Ensure consistency in brand presentation, messaging, photography, and visual identity across all channels.
Continually evolve and elevate the Bony Levy brand through fresh, inspiring creative concepts.

Content Creation & Creative Production

Own the creative development and execution of all brand photography and video content across digital, retail, wholesale, e-commerce, email, and social channels.
Lead marketing photo and video shoots from concept through final delivery, ensuring every campaign reflects the Bony Levy brand aesthetic.
Develop creative concepts, mood boards, shot lists, and styling direction for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and evergreen content.
Own all aspects of production planning, including product selection, model casting, photographer selection, location scouting, hair and makeup, wardrobe and styling, props, scheduling, and on-set creative direction.
Art direct photographers, videographers, stylists, models, editors, influencers, freelancers, and other creative partners to produce elevated, luxury-quality content.
Ensure every shoot delivers a robust library of assets optimized for all marketing channels, including e-commerce, email, social media, paid advertising, retail, wholesale, PR, and sales collateral.
Review, select, and approve final photography and video assets, ensuring consistency with brand standards and campaign objectives.
Organize and maintain a comprehensive digital asset library that supports ongoing marketing initiatives.

Social Media & Content Marketing

Own the creative direction and content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
Develop and manage content calendars that support product launches, seasonal campaigns, education, styling, and brand awareness.
Partner with offshore resources on content creation, editing, scheduling, and publishing while maintaining creative quality.
Manage email marketing calendars and collaborate on campaign messaging and creative development.
Create sales-driving marketing collateral, promotional materials, and branded content across all customer touchpoints.
Monitor content performance and continuously refine creative strategies to improve engagement and results.

E-Commerce Collaboration

Partner closely with the E-Commerce team to create engaging landing pages, homepage updates, promotional assets, merchandising content, and collection launches.
Develop creative assets that enhance the online customer experience while maintaining a premium luxury brand presentation.
Support merchandising and promotional initiatives with compelling visual content that improves conversion.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Help manage workflow and priorities across onsite and offshore creative resources.
Provide creative direction and organization for marketing support functions.
Partner closely with Product Development, Sales, E-Commerce, and Operations to ensure successful product launches and marketing execution.
Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

3–6+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative marketing, content creation, creative operations, or content production.
A strong portfolio demonstrating creative campaigns, photography, social media, email marketing, content creation, or premium brand storytelling is required.
Experience developing and executing visual content for consumer brands.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and follow-through.
Background in fashion, jewelry, beauty, luxury, or consumer products strongly preferred.
Experience art directing photography and video production.
Experience coordinating models, photographers, stylists, hair and makeup artists, and other creative partners.
Familiarity with email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and creative workflows.
Strong aesthetic sensibility with a passion for luxury branding and premium visual presentation.
Experience working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.

Compensation, Schedule & Benefits

Approximately $85,000 annually (45-hour workweek)
