A Laboratory Operations Manager contributes to AHF by managing and conducting in-house HIV/STI specimens for the largest AHF Wellness Center on the west coast. This role ensures safety, regulatory compliance, and accuracy while processing thousands of samples to provide AHF members fast and vital information about their sexual health

A Laboratory Operations Manager enhances the reputation of AHF by maintaining inspection-ready documentation, providing laboratory compliance oversight, reporting on key metrics, and overseeing daily and longterm operations in the Western Public Health Laboratory.

To be successful as a Laboratory Operations Manager it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. At AHF we are nimble and able to adapt in a dynamic environment to assist in providing the best experience for our clients and workplace for our employees.

AHF has a collaborative organizational structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.

The Laboratory Operations Manager will work as a part of a close-knit team to ensure compliance and safety with all laboratory activities.

Compensation: $76,000 - $81,000 Pay Transparency In order to support the Fair Compensation Strategy by the US Govt., HR Dept., clients are required to adhere to "Pay Transparency Law"; in the impacted states; that have mandated the employers to list the salary ranges in Job advertisements or postings for job opportunities and Job promotions.
