Full Job Description

We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Office Assistant to join our fast-moving, high-paced team! This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, works well under pressure, and is eager to be part of a team that values efficiency and accountability.

Job Duties:

Answer phones and direct calls professionally and efficiently
Greet visitors and assist with front desk responsibilities
Perform data entry, filing, and general office organization
Communicate with tenants, vendors, and clients via phone and email
Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and administrative support
Drive to properties to post notices (e.g., 3-day notices, inspection notices)
Conduct property inspections and report findings
Share responsibility for emergency phone coverage on alternating weekends
Additional Requirement: Must alternate emergency phone duty every other weekend with staff
Transportation: Reliable transportation and valid car insurance required

Qualifications:

Excellent multitasking and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Previous office or administrative experience preferred
Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and ability to stay focused
Must have reliable transportation and valid car insurance
AppFolio knowledge is a plus, but not required
