Experienced Tile Installer / Tile Setter
Hard Rock Tile & Stone is looking for an experienced Tile Installer to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality custom tile installations throughout New Hampshire and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can be trusted to run projects independently.
This position is for an installer who is comfortable with every phase of a tile installation and has the experience and judgment to take a project from initial prep through the final details.
What We're Looking For
The right candidate should be experienced with:
- Complete shower installations from prep to finish
- Waterproofing systems and proper installation practices
- Shower pans, curbs, niches, benches, and other custom features
- Tile floors, backsplashes, tub surrounds, fireplaces, and similar installations
- Large-format tile
- Mosaics and detailed layout work
- Proper substrate preparation and leveling
- Layout, measuring, cutting, setting, and grouting
- Schluter profiles and other tile finishing systems
- Maintaining clean, organized job sites
- Identifying and solving problems without needing constant supervision
You should be capable of arriving at a project, understanding the scope of work, planning the installation, and completing the job from start to finish while meeting Hard Rock Tile & Stone's quality standards.

Requirements
- Previous professional tile installation experience
- Ability to independently complete residential tile projects
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to different job sites throughout our service area
- Comfortable working on both independent and team-based projects
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of tile installation and construction work

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
